Hands-on Installation Training at GCS Training Centers
GameChange has opened a global network of training centers to provide next-level service through hands-on training, time studies, and testing. Each center offers a controlled environment where customers can familiarize themselves with GameChange systems and receive comprehensive training before on-site installation. Our training sessions, led by experts, focus on practical, detailed instruction to ensure faster and safer project installation. Training includes:

What to expect leading up to Product Installation
Page Turn Meeting
Weeks before a project starts, you will meet with our support team, which includes your project manager, engineering team, field technicians, and business development. We will go through the project design step by step to ensure team alignment, walk through project-specific installation instructions with the installation crew leaders, and discuss any questions about the racking assembly before construction begins.
Golden Row Installation:
This is on-site training, typically with a team of foremen and crew selected by the installer to assemble the first table or racking section. This section will serve as the “Golden Row” to be used as a reference and training point throughout the duration of the racking build. GameChange will send an experienced field technician to assist in the assembly and provide suggested tips, tricks, and best practices that may benefit the installation teams during project construction.
On-Site Support
It is common for GameChange to have a field representative on site and make frequent visits during project delivery. This can significantly benefit the client, as the site team and installation team managers will have access to similar information (suggested tips and tricks, best practices) as provided in the Golden Row training whenever such a field technician is present.
Any observations noted by the GameChange representative (relevant to installing the GameChange racking system) are generally noted and provided to the client in a “Site Visit Report.”
Field Technicians
GameChange Solar personnel will comply with all GameChange Solar, Site, and OSHA safety regulations. Site support field technicians hold a minimum of OSHA 30 training.
We want to do everything we can to facilitate the successful installation of our systems at the site level. That's why we have technicians deployed worldwide on solar projects to establish excellent working relationships and support our customers.
Safety
Preassembled Components
Many of our components arrive preassembled at the site. As soon as you stage a component, it already has the nuts and bolts attached, so you do not have to carry around extra buckets of hardware. Our preassembled components dramatically speed up the installation process and reduce labor costs.
Color-Coded Layouts
No specialized tools are required to install GameChange Solar systems; only simple tools that can be picked up at any local hardware store are needed.
GameChange provides color-coded engineering layouts so that when parts arrive, you can look at the layout based on the color code coordinated with the color piles, which will help you coordinate your installation.
