He began his career at General Motors, contributing to the IPO of Delphi Automotive Systems and the founding investment in XM Satellite Radio. Mark spent 12 years at Lucent Technologies and Alcatel-Lucent in senior finance and investment roles, supporting major IPOs, spinoffs, and the merger that formed Alcatel-Lucent. Most recently, as CFO, Head of HR, and Corporate Development at Arysta LifeScience, he led IPO preparations prior to the company’s $4.2 billion sale to UPL. Over his career, he has executed more than $25 billion in capital markets financings and $40 billion in M&A transactions. He also serves as Chairman of the CFO Leadership Group, is a member of the Executive Forum, and sits on the Advisory Board of Kasi Cloud LLC.
