GeniusVision + Raptor Maps
From Signal to Action
Tracker Solution for the Full Solar Lifecycle
The industry's first integrated solution combining GameChange Solar’s GeniusVision tracker monitoring with Raptor Maps’ Sentry robotic inspection platform. Built to improve your solar projects’ IRR.
OVERVIEW
A Continuous Feedback Loop
Solar farms are built to operate for decades. Small issues left undetected compound into costly failures. GameChange Solar and Raptor Maps have partnered to close the gap between signal and action, creating a self-improving intelligence loop that has never been available to asset owners before.
GeniusVision continuously monitors the performance and health of trackers. When it detects a signal, such as a mechanical anomaly, a pre-storm trigger, or a scheduled preventive maintenance, Raptor Maps' Sentry robotic platform can deploy to collect targeted inspection data without activating boots on the ground. That data will feed directly back into GeniusVision, sharpening the algorithms that govern tracker performance and stow behavior, which in turn improves the signals that trigger the next inspection. This data also goes directly to the asset owner, enabling more effective risk management and on-site event response.

HOW IT WORKS
Three Steps. One Continuous Loop.

1 - DETECT
GeniusVision identifies a signal: mechanical anomaly, pre-storm trigger, or scheduled preventive maintenance inspection.

2 - INSPECT
Raptor Map’s Sentry system deploys robotic inspectors to gather precise field data. No crew required.

3 - OPTIMIZE
Inspection data feeds back into GeniusVision, improving tracker algorithms and enabling smarter future signals.
FROM THE PARTNERS
"Utility-scale solar is essential to power our future, and with the build-out of new data centers, reliability is more important than ever," says Nikhil Vadhavkar, CEO of Raptor Maps. “What we’ve built with GameChange Solar is an elegant solution to a major problem in these vast, hard-to-access regions. The tracker signals a need, Sentry goes and gets the data, and that data drives the actions necessary to mitigate losses. This closed-loop automation drastically shortens the time between what’s detected and actions taken, delivering a win for the owner and for their O&M.”

FROM THE PARTNERS
“GameChange has always taken a long view on the value we deliver to asset owners,” says Phillip Vyhanek, CEO of GameChange Solar. “By working with the solar industry’s most deployed robotic inspection platform to combine Sentry’s capabilities with GeniusVision, we’re giving owners a more complete picture of tracker health and giving our teams the feedback needed to continue improving our products. We’re excited to extend our services, value, and relationships with clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.”

KEY CAPABILITIES
What the Solution Delivers
Hail Stow Verification
Sentry captures visual proof of successful stow during proactive hail stowing tests and provides essential documentation that lives within a dynamic system of record, and identifies rows that are not stowing, reducing risk of loss from severe weather.
Pre-Packaged & Customizable Inspection Scopes
Asset owners can activate pre-packaged Inspection Protocols or configure custom scopes from 30+ Inspection Types through the Raptor Maps platform, tailoring coverage to operational needs.
Continuous Algorithm Improvement
Field data from every Sentry deployment refines GeniusVision's tracker models, improving performance signals, stow behavior, and long-term asset intelligence.
Signal to Autonomous Inspection Integration
GeniusVision identifies a signal: mechanical anomaly, pre-storm trigger, or scheduled preventive maintenance inspection. Sentry can be deployed in response to GeniusVision signals, eliminating crew dispatch needs for routine and responsive inspections.

USE CASES
Designed for Every Operational Scenario

Anomaly Response
GeniusVision signals identify a mechanical or performance anomaly requiring field validation through Sentry.
Post-Weather Sweeps
Systematic site sweeps the moment conditions clear after severe weather, rapidly identifying storm-related damage and enabling an informed post-storm response plan.
Construction Site Inspections
Perform autonomous drone inspections throughout the construction phase to detect early-stage issues, ensure site quality meets the Golden Row standard, and minimize risk prior to commissioning.
Routine PM Inspections
Scheduled autonomous inspections replace manual crew visits for planned preventative maintenance scopes.
WHO BENEFITS
O&M Teams
Corrective maintenance with precision: targeted insights that prioritize which rows need attention, eliminating broad manual inspection sweeps and reducing wasted field time.

GameChange
More real-world field data feeding back into GeniusVision to continuously improve tracker performance, delivering ongoing long-term value to every asset owner running the platform.

Asset Owners
Lower financial losses due to undetected issues, lower operational costs, faster root cause analysis of tracker problems, and reduced risk in hail-prone regions.
